There is actually no official 7-star rating. A journalist who attended the opening of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai thought the 5-star rating did not do it justice, and the idea of a 7-star came to life. A 7-star hotel offers more luxury than a 5-star, the comfort is world-class, the customers needs are personalized and treatment absolutely royal. The only actual official 7-star hotel is Seven Stars Galleria in Milan which opened in 2007. The owner hired a company to create a European ranking so they could officially take the title. This boutique hotel is located in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
