have partners in many countries.

Ms. Johanne C. Brustad, CEO, established the JCB Group in 2013. JCB Group advises clients in the real estate market; conducting surveys, finding properties and negotiating contracts. JCB Group works in close connection with legal and marketing professionals.

In the Norwegian market, we assist with transactions, sales and acquisitions, leases, landlord and tenant representation as well as consulting. Our main practice areas are hotels, office, retail, logistics, residential and land. 

Before establishing the JCB Group, Ms. Johanne C. Brustad worked 7 years as a real estate broker at the NAI Global company. At NAI, Ms. Brustad was dealing with Landlord and Tenant Representation and transactions in the Norwegian market, as well as transactions in Europe. In addition she obtained considerable experience within the segments Hotels, Retail, Office, Logistics, Land, Residential, Student and Senior Housing. When working at NAI, Ms. Brustad established a network with brokers and investors worldwide.

Establishing the JCB Group was a definite step towards a more customer-oriented approach. The JCB Group aim to find the optimal real estate investment for their clients.
