The JCB Group was established in 2013 by Ms. Johanne Cathrine Brustad. We assist our clients in the real estate market; conducting surveys, finding properties and negotiating contracts.

JCB Group is connected with legal and marketing professionals. In the Norwegian market, we assist with Transactions, Sales and Aquisitions, Leases, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and consulting. Our main Practice Areas are offices, retail, logistics, hotels, land and residentials. We make transactions in the real estate market worldwide.

Ms. Johanne Cathrine Brustad started the JCB Group after working 7 years as a real estate broker at the NAI Global company. At NAI,

Ms. Brustad was dealing with Landlord and Tenant Representation and transactions in the Norwegian market, as well as Transactions in Europe. In addition Retail, Offices, Logistics, Land, Residential, Student and Senior housing and Hotels. During the years with NAI, Ms. Brustad connected with brokers and investors worldwide.

Establishing a new company as the JCB Group was a flourish leap, providing greater opportunities to be more customer-oriented. JCB Group has business connections and partners in most countries in Europe. We aim to find the optimal real estate investment for our client.
